These Terms of Service apply to purchases, tour reservations, and use of the Waipiʻo Honeybee Tours and Māla Honey Botanicals website. By using this website, purchasing a product, or booking a tour, you agree to these terms.

Products and Online Orders

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and availability. Product color, texture, flavor, and crystallization may vary because our honey is a natural, minimally processed product.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Product orders may be canceled for a full refund before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, food products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Tour Reservations

Tour reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment and booking confirmation are received.

Guests must meet all stated age, footwear, mobility, health, and safety requirements. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Guests must follow all instructions provided by tour guides. We reserve the right to refuse or end participation if a guest’s behavior creates a safety risk to themselves, other guests, staff, animals, bees, or property. A refund may not be provided in these circumstances.

Honeybees are present during the experience, and bee stings are possible. Guests are responsible for considering their personal health conditions and allergies before participating. Participation may also require completion of a separate liability waiver.

Weather and Tour Changes

Tours may operate during light or moderate rain. We may modify the experience, limit hive access, reschedule, or cancel a tour because of severe weather, unsafe hive conditions, bee behavior, staffing issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we cancel a tour, guests may choose a full refund or reschedule for another available date.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and booking fees will be shown before checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect previously confirmed purchases.

Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, logos, product names, designs, and written materials belong to Māla Honey Botanicals or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Website Use

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false booking or payment information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waipiʻo Honeybee Tours and Māla Honey Botanicals are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website use, product purchases, shipping delays, canceled travel arrangements, or participation in a tour.
